Someone noticed Maricar Reyes’ finger position at the story conference of her movie with John Lloyd and Bea Alonzo, Miss You Like Crazy. I laughed when I saw it. Didn’t really notice it that easily.
Maricar is getting good beaks after being involved in one of the much talked about pinoy scandals ever. She is so classy and sophisticated in Lovers in Paris. She was once the ex-wife of Sam Milby in And I Love You So. Perhaps, her silence on the issue all the more helped for her career now to flourish.
The show is a variety game show hosted are Kim Atienza, Vhong Navarro and Anne Curtis. We all miss Ruffa and Ai, I believed it was it was good show because it as informative, but it had to go. It says that it was rating poorly. And , Game Ka na Ba? It was one game show where viewers can really learn from. Showtime is barely one week old. I am not so much fond of variety game shows. We do have a lot of game shows and reality shows on TV. I believe we should have more informative shows on TV. Why not move Matanglawin to this time slot? But anyway, I tried to take a glimpse of today’s show. Was it really Anne Curtis, wearing a tight-fitting clothes on an early morning show? No offense meant, but the show was a game show and it was not ASAP. It looked over the top.
Who wouldn’t know the American Drama TV Series, 7th Heaven. We were all glued to our TV sets watching as it deals with moral lesson every family has to know. We got so endeared with every member of the family.

I had posted last 25 October 2009 about the alleged rumor circulating that Angel Locsin is transferring to Viva Artist Center. Last Sunday, on the Buzz show, Angel dispelled the rumor. She is definitely staying with the Kapamilya Network. True to her word, she had been through the most controversial transfer from Kapuso to Kapamilya.
John Lloyd Cruz just recently renewed his exclusive contract with ABS-CBN for two years. He will have one more chance with Bea Alonzo via the movie “Miss You Like Crazy” in time for Valentines Day. After his movie, he is set to do a teleserye with Angel Locsin.
Miss You Like Crazy is his reunion movie with Bea Alonzo and joining them is Maricar Reyes. The shooting will start on November 16, 2009 and the movie is to be directed by box-office director, Cathy Garcia – Molina.
Ruffa Gutierrez, Miss World 2nd Princess, with an american accent makes us all thing that she is sosyal “sosi.”

There is a poll being conducted on PEP.PH asking if it is a wise career move for Angel Locsin to transfer to Viva Artist Agency? How long has Angel been with ABS-CBN? 2007 was the year she moved to Kapamilya Network. Claudine Barretto has just recently signed up with Viva Artist Agency. If we remember it right, Angel and Claudine had a parlor scandal back in 2008.
Personally, I believe that Angel is doing well in ABS and she should stay with ABS. In fact, she is being nominated for International Emmys ( TV) in the Best Actress category for her role in Lobo and that is quite an accomplishment in her 2-year stay with ABS-CBN.
I have been watching Lovers in Paris (pinoy version) right from day one. What can I do? I greatly admire KC Concepcion. Her beauty, intelligence. LIP has no boring scene and it is fast paced. The musical scoring was so amazing. I specially liked that scene where Maricar Reyes stared at her wedding ring and the song “He’s out of my Life” was played, just right timing (episode 20). Everybody was sooooo good, acting wise. Zanjoe Marudo is a revelation. The eyes speak for itself.
October 23, 2009 episode was so breathtaking. The scene when KC asked Piolo what he got from Paris, and Piolo answered IKAW was magical. Haaaayyyyy. The long pause before he answered was perfect. This is one scene which I considered PERFECT, JUST PERFECT.
