When there is smoke, there is fire. If you cannot be decent, be discreet. Those are just two of the phrases or sayings that we could attribute to someone who was caught cheating. They say that a man will adamantly deny he is having an affair even if he were caught cheating. That is a self-made promise that should not be broken. Never admit it!!!
For a longest time, the Pacquiao and Krista affair have been leading the headlines on tabloids and even photos of the two together the front page of broadsheets, like Philippine Inquirer. They say that it even eclipsed Manny’s winning over Miguel Cotto. Now, Manny was said to have apologized to the family of Krista for dragging her name. And the latest is that the Ranillo Family is filing a case to those responsible for this malicious rumor.What puzzles me is that why is it that so many people believe that the affair do exist. I, for one believe that the rumor could possibly be true.
Prior to the Manny Pacquiao and Miguel Cotto fight, I was listening over the radio about past 12 midnight. If I remember it right, it was the show after Fr. Gerry Orbos (could not remember what radio show) where Bill Velasco, Vic Jose and Ronnie Nathanielsz were comparing the boxing styles of Pacman with Cotto. Mr. Nathanielsz said that Cotto do have dirty tricks inside the ring. He further states that “Manny could have dirty tricks outside the ring, but definitely, not inside the ring. Whoa, what did he mean by that?
The first phrase was with “meaning.” Well, it could mean something else. But it was during that time that rumors were spreading like wildfire that Krista was in Vegas together with the Team Pacquiao. From someone who is from the sports world to have said that, there might be really something going on. Well…………if there is smoke, there is fire.

Actor Johnny Delgado dies of cancer of the lymph nodes Thursday afternoon past 1pm in his home. He was 61. Year 2008 was when he was diagnosed with cancer. When he attended the birthday celebration of Jinggoy Estrada February 9, he said that he was in remission. But according to ABS-CBN his cancer returned. He was brought to St Luke’s Medical Center but was discharged Tuesday.

I agree with Ms Gina Alajar in saying that Jinkee should fight for Manny. Ms. Ranillo was previously involved with Michael de Mesa, another married man.Could it be that there is shortage of eligible men in the country?
One website states the following reasons why single women are attracted to married men:
1) He is a Challenge: Getting a married man signifies a triumph of one woman over another woman. What makes him the ultimate catch to her could be his experience, confidence and authority. He’s a trophy catch. To have him, is about making the impossible. Many women like to grab what belongs to another woman. Jealousy or revenge can be some reasons why women go for already married men. (Manny is a price catch indeed!!)
2) A Married Man has all the answers: Many women feel that a married man compared to a bachelor can meet her emotional or material needs(like Channel bag) in a better manner and have the answers to all her problems as he is more experienced in handling it.
3) Forbidden Fruit: The society is not very supportive of women who grab another woman’s man. Manny mentioned earlier in TV Patrol that we should mind our own lives. Yes, you are right. But you, being a public figure, you will always be under the scrutiny of people’s eyes all the more now that you have intentions of running for congressman in the coming elections. Remember that winning against Cotto does not mean it would translate into votes!!!
Last week, it was aired that Lovers in Paris will switch time slot with Dahil May Isang Ikaw and it will start this Monday, 16 November 2009. I was watching the news last night when I saw that LIP remains at its original timeslot. Well , all I could say is that it was a good management decision. Viewers of the said teleserye have become used to its 8:30 PM timeslot. Like myself and everyone else, I am happy that my viewing habits will stay the same.
It came all as a surprise to everyone, even to former Optical Media Board head, Edu Manzano. Edu is the running mate of Gilbert “Gibo” Teodoro. It was reported earlier that Edu Manzano will run for the senatorial bid under Erap ticket. But things had changed dramatically. Rumors came that Vilma Santos or Bong Revilla will be the possible running mate of Gibo. Now officially, it is Edu Manzano, as Vice President. A lot of people have been saying that Edu Manzano as Gibo’s running mate is a wrong choice. Having Manzano seemed to be a desperate move of the administration, since none of those who have been courted, wanted to run as VP. Ronaldo Puno, who backed out of the VP race had stated that having Manzano was a right move. Edu Manzano is not considered a neophyte in the political arena since he had served as Vice Mayor of Makati. However, Manzano had lost to incumbent Mayor Jejomar Binay in the 2001 mayoral race.
Currently in Australia doing her Circus Tour, Britney Spears was said to have been upset about the reports that she had been lip-synching in her shows. Her promoters said that it was a total lie. “I’m so angry.
