PGT Grand Prize Winner, Jovit Baldivino
By now, we already know that the grand winner of the first season of Pilipinas Got Talent is Jovit Baldivino. Jovit Baldivino is 16-year-old student from Batangas.
Jovit, who sells siomai after school to help his parents now gets to bring home the grand prize f P2 Million. He got almost half of the votes besting the other 11 finalists .
Ai-ai de las Alas, who is a fellow Batangueño was so happy for Jovit. In fact, I saw her jumping even prior to that announcement. Seeing that, I knew that Jovit bagged the grand prize. He totally deserves it. I haven’t heard anyone sings that beautifully.
Last Sunday’s Pilipinas Got Talent topped the trending topic on Twitter. It even sidelined the 2010 FIFA World Cup. Jovit Baldivino performed before the jampacked Araneta Coliseum with his amazing rendition of the song, “Too Much Love Will Kill You.” Hearing him sing the song gives me goose bumps. What an amazing talent !!!! :)
