Ever heard of Indie blogger Perez Hilton. He owns the famous entertainment blog, Perez Hilton.com. Right now, he is in deep trouble. Perez Hilton could be charged of child pornography for posting Miley Cyrus no-underwear pic on his Twitter account. Miley Cyrus is only 17-years-old. Under the law, blog about nudes people under the age of 18 is against the law. Actually, Miley Cyrus was really wearing an underwear.
Perez first appeared on Joy Behar’s CNN Headline News Show to explain his side of what happened. He claims that he only posted a link of a photo that he found on the internet on his Twitter account. He also claimed that he did not pixelate the photo.
Miley Cyrus was recently involved in a controversy, dirty dancing with an older man during a wrap party for a movie.
