Christopher Nolan snubbed by Oscars

Inception was one of the successful movies of 2010.   Successful not only in terms of box office results but in the critics’ review as well.

Everyone was praising the director ,  Christopher Nolan (40 years-old) and a lot of people were seeing a nomination for him in the coming awards season.

Now, the 83rd  Oscars has released its nominations.  Unfortunately, and to everyone’s surprise, Christopher Nolan failed to land in the Best Director’s Category, but the movie  “Inception” was luckily included in the “Best Picture” category.

Angelina Jolie’s Salt

I am both a fan of Leonardo di Caprio and Angelina Jolie.

No, I did not become  Leonardo di Caprio’s   fan after watching Titanic.  It was in Departed, with equally favorite Matt Damon,  when he was a bit older ,   that I got to like him.  He was very manly in that movie and oozing with sex appeal.

With Angelina Jolie,  I am an absolute fan.  She has always been on the list of top paid actresses.   In fact, I think I love her more than Leonardo de Caprio.  I missed Inception but no regrets at all.  I could easily catch it on DVDs.

I missed her Lara Croft and  Tomb Raiders.  I watched her  initially in Taking Lives.  From then on, I fell in love with her.  Not only was I glued to watching her in the movies she makes but more so, with her personal life.  She has totally matured.  From  a rebellious young woman, to a mature, responsible, honest and sexy woman.   Everybody have seen her transformation.
