I have read in the Twitter account of KatdeKastro about James Yap official statement which pertains to that status of his marriage with Ms. Kris Aquino. James Yap statement can be found on 1RGCruz Twitter account.
As we all know, Kris Aquino and James Yap have split up prior to President Benigno Aquino III inauguration.
