ABS-CBN has filed a P127 Million copyright infringement case against Willie Revillame, his production outfit, Wil Productions and TV5 last Wednesday.
In a 33-page complaint, ABS-CBN said that Willie and the rest indicted violated Section 172.2(I) of Intellectual Property Code by copying Wowowee’s format, which was produced by ABS-CBN. Read more »
According to Pinoyparazzi.com, Willie Revillame will soon start his noontime show over TV5 entitled, Wiling Willie Kami.
The said noon time show will be pitied against the time slot vacated by Wowowee.
It was reported that 10 of the Wowowee staff had already resigned to join Willie Revillame in his new show over TV5. Now, reports say that already 15 are joining Willie.
I had seen some pictures of the staff who are joining Willie. The familiar faces are Owen, Anna Feliciano, and April better known as Congratulations.

It was reported already that Willie Revillame is all set to go back to the popular noontime show, WOWOWEE.
But as we all have seen, Wowowee had its last airing July 30, and the day after, ABS-CBN 2 launched a new noontime show, Pilipinas Win na Win, with Robin Padilla, Kris Aquino and the original WOWOWEE co-hosts, Pokwang, Mariel Rodriguez and Valerie Concepcion. So, what went wrong? Read more »
A few weeks ago, Cristy Fermin made a confirmation that Willie Revillame is back to Wowowee. She further states that Charo Santos Concio talked to Willie while typhoon Basyang was hitting Metro Manila.
